Production Line Working
19/03/2010 - 16:07Its a grey and damp day today, which is just as well as I need to get a load of printing done for the craft fair at Upton House on Easter Saturday and Sunday.
I've completed a series of 12"x8" prints on Papermill Direct's Soft Textured Fine Art paper and just received a box of A3 Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308gsm fine art paper (my favourite surface for printing onto) so I'm now producing a mass of 15"x10" prints.
Its quite a challenge to decide what will sell so I'm playing safe with some local landscapes (some old favourites and some first time to the market) + some abstract and alternative subjects which I would like to buy - so I hope they attract some attention.
I'm using the Cotswold Slip-in mounts which are super quality for a very reasonable price (which means I can keep my prices low for the customers but still make a small margin to pay for new materials and kit).
I had a cracking sale at the Hayloft Gallery so its going to be a hard act to follow but I'm keeping my fingers crossed
