Canon 50mm f1.4 experiences pt 2
Its been a grey and dreary day today so I took the chance to try out a little low light testing, shooting at f1.4 using available light. With ISO 200 I was getting between 1/125th and 1/250th sec and using single point / single shot focus mode I was able to nail the focus well. In the first of the following two shots the focus was on the model of the fishermen in the boat and in the second it was on the (dreadful) headline of today's Telegraph.
Shooting distance is around 12 ft.
